Sort Your Anime/Etc List

Sort My List Version 3.0 brings the same function of Sort My List Version 2.0 but more. The user can use the software with any browser that supports Java Script like Firefox or IE without having to download Java! Also, support copy & paste unlike version 2.0. For those who haven't use Sort My List the software allow input of text and sort the list in Ascending Order (a, b, c) or Descending Order (z, y, x). You can even number you list from 0 or greater. If you don't what to number your list enter number below zero! The program also removes any empty lines to keep the list formatted and number correctly. In upcoming version Sort my List version 3.0.1 will support remembering your setting!

This program was created for those users who have large list of Anime in text format and don't want go through the pain of sorting by hand or entering list into website. For older version see the java page on my website.

Side Notes: Some of you seen this on Animeyume.org. Only enter number in the starting number! Don't have any non-number before the number or program will not number the list! If its " 1" it will view as "1", but if its "a1" the program will fault and not number your list. The program will only take in number before hit non-number! For example: "1 2" is "1"; "12as" is "12"; or "14asd54" is "14". The program will fault if you enter "0" which I will fix in few days. Fixed.

i dont have any large list of anime in text format in my com. I would be use it for now but not so sure about future..

Thank you for using the software. I mainly made it for my own list of 147+ shows. (side note the program was broken few min when I was fixing the zero starting number. Now it work fine.)

don't think i'll use that software~~
i have a exell sheet with all the info i need on it (total eps, extra's, and you can even use search fuctions in excell: Vlook for example, it takes 2 secs to update your list after you dled an ep, and i'm not lazy

That good for you chaos, but for me its more pain in the ass to use excell. Also, I pushing currect watching 48 anime shows (different level of active watching), 187 complet d/l (95% watched show, not eps. ) and completed anime movies 43. The list is about month out of date (still haven't more the anime to dvds. ). I find it simpler to keep text file to check to see if I have watched the show. In anycase there excell allows you to sort your list too, click here .


But in the end whatever float your boat. Can you guys think of anything would like to add? Maybe a way to remmber (cookies) last list on reload of the website? But I would find that pain in the ass.
